What Were You Saying?

Well I'm finally getting around to the entry about the sexes speech. I thought about conversations I have had trying to find the most compelling and juiciest one imaginable, but that's not what I have for you my intent reader. In fact it's quite dull. This is not because the subject was dull; it's because I am.
Having a lunch with some aikido friends we were talking about relationships because they are fun. Fun to be in and more fun to talk about. I preceded to ask this one woman how she finally became an "item" with this one guy. Basically I was wanting to know who made the first move and the any neat details she wished to share with me. But that's not what I got. Her story started as far back as her previous boyfriend. 5 min. later I more or less got the answer I was looking for.
Remarkably after her story, she even asked what I was looking for in an answer. She knew that the sexes communicate differently and wanted to know. Also note that this is a recollection/summary of what happened. Not he said she said. Different.
